feat(v8.3): Memory Import aus Cloud-KIs + Batch-POST

- MemoryPanel: "Import"-Button öffnet Formular
- Jede Zeile wird ein eigener Gedächtnis-Eintrag (Batch-POST)
- Kategorie + Quelle (claude/gemini/chatgpt/import) wählbar
- Zeilen-Vorschau zeigt erkannte Einträge vor dem Speichern
