services/maintenance.py + routers/maintenance.py: updates-Badge (apt/Engine- Release/dyn. Modell-Upgrades via discover), os-update + engine-update als jobengine-Jobs, system-/user-aware Restart (llama-swap via sudo -n NOPASSWD), reboot, logs (journalctl).
