Fix: TTS-Sonderzeichen (& → und, % → Prozent, °/=/Schrägstrich) + **fett** im Chat gerendert

Stimme las '&' u.a. wörtlich/komisch vor → cleanForTTS wandelt Sonderzeichen aussprechbar um.
Anzeige rendert **fett** jetzt als echte Fettschrift statt roher Sternchen.
