gitattributes: agent-hooks/*.py auf LF pinnen (Shebang-Falle)

Ohne Regel wuerde autocrlf tabu-pfade-guard.py bei Checkout zu CRLF machen ->
`#!/usr/bin/env python3\r` bricht auf der Box. Analog zur *.sh-LF-Regel.
