Faden 11-Fix: ASCII im Routing-Header (kein '→' -> latin-1-500)

Bild-Request loeste HTTP 500: HTTP-Header muessen latin-1 sein, das '→'
(U+2192) im x-mc-route-reason war nicht kodierbar. Die Weiche selbst
routete korrekt (VL-30B lud). Pfeil auf '->' geaendert.
